Do you have your KHM harbour license sticker

KHM Portsmouth require all boats moored in the harbour to be licensed. This is so KHM can identify boats that have broken adrift or boats that have been abandoned. KHM allocate numbered stickers to GCC. Each season our Hon.Mooring Officer, issues these to all boats moored in our jurisdiction and notes which number goes with which boat. This sticker is to be placed somewhere on the port quarter which is between midships and the stern on the Port Side and never on the stern. Boat Insurance goes hand in hand with this, the KHM requiring a minimum of £3,000,000 public liability insurance.
